About Us

Delta Engineering was founded by Dave (Devender) Arora in 1985 and incorporated in 1987. Delta was taken over by Mr. Ramesh Savaliya in 2023. We have proudly delivered design and engineering services for over 1,000 building projects in the Greater Toronto Area, covering more than 10 million sq ft of building space across a variety of projects over four decades since inception.

We think differently, and at times recommend alternate design solutions for our projects — a mindset that's carried us from a single founder to a firm with offices across Canada and India.
